ABC 2016 Chair Jim Rudolph Appointed to Advisory Board of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD)
ABC’s 2016 Board Chair, Jim Rudolph, Managing Partner of Rudolph Friedmann LLP, was recently appointed by Governor Charlie Baker to the Advisory Board of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD). Established in 1946, MCAD is the state’s chief civil rights agency charged with the authority to investigate, prosecute, adjudicate and resolve cases of discrimination. A board member of ABC and ABC’s Legal Counsel, Jim serves on a number of other boards. He is Vice President of the Board of The Governor’s Academy and Chairman of the Board of Overseers of the Anti-Defamation League. He is also on the boards of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, Eastern Bank, Essex National Heritage Commission, the Marblehead Zoning Board of Appeals and the North Shore Chamber of Commerce.
