Gino Spinelli - Davids & Cohen
ABC Member since 2013
Gino is a partner in the law firm of Davids & Cohen, P.C. in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He is in his tenth year of practice and is licensed in the state and federal courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. As a part of his practice, Gino focuses in construction law and litigation, representing companies in connection with contract disputes, tort litigation, insurance defense and insurance coverage issues, and general commercial litigation. He has published multiple articles and presented at seminars on various topics in construction law. Gino values ABC because it affords him the opportunity to network and build relationships with members of the construction industry, particularly the “future leaders” of the industry.
Kevin Daley - North Shore Mechanical Contractors

We depend on ABC's support when performing our work. I look forward to building strong relationships within ABC and continue to expand my network in the construction industry. My goals for the ABCMAFL group are to continue getting the word out about how ABC can help the open shop contractor and also, to network with other members to discuss related issues in the construction industry.
Brayden Sheive - CIANBRO Corporation
ABC Member since 2014
Brayden is a Project Manager with Cianbro Corporation. He has been in the industry for over 10 years and has held roles such as Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Estimator, Superintendent, and Project Manager. He has worked on projects in several different states, in one capacity or another, and currently resides and works on Infrastructure projects in the greater Boston area. Brayden values ABC because of the professional opportunities it provides to foster strong and long-standing relationships with exceptional partners in the industry. The educational seminars and networking opportunities that ABC MA Future Leaders put together are next to none, and he is proud to join the group in support of the merit construction industry. He is excited to be part of a team serving in the pursuit of attracting and educating young professionals and skilled craft of member companies. IT IS ALL ABOUT PEOPLE!
Tiffani Tartaglia - Resource Options Inc.

Being an ABC member has allowed me to take great strides in stepping outside of my comfort zone, while developing my networking skills. I am excited to be a part of the ABCMAFL in 2016, as a group we hope to help fellow future leaders gain the confidence and skills necessary to grow within their prospective companies.
Nice Labbe - Alliant Insurance Services Inc.

Nick is a Surety/Bonding specialist with Alliant's Construction Services Group. He has eight years of industry experience having been a Senior Surety Underwriter at Hanover Insurance prior to joining Alliant in 2013. He is a graduate of Providence College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and minored in Finance. Nick values the networking and resources afforded through the ABC and the Future Leaders group, where he hopes to assist in building a stronger contingent of next generation construction industry leaders.

Ongoing changes to Health Care and increased compliance have created more uncertainty with business owners than ever before. Our partnership with the ABC has truly allowed us to understand how these changing impact ABC members specifically. Learning about the unique challenges that face ABC member organizations allows IBG to develop and grow our service platform to better guide our clients.
My goal as a member and leader amongst the ABC MA Future leaders is to unite passionate and hardworking individuals/business to ensure continued growth and success of the ABC and its members.

David Broomhead - Tradehounds

David is CEO and Founder of Trade Hounds, a mobile app changing the way construction workers network, show their work and find jobs. David joined ABCMA in 2016 and immediately saw the benefits the young members board provides its members. David's goal is to add more value to the ABC members and engage the younger members through relevant content and events.
Steve Zaremba - E.J Callahan & Associates

The greatest benefit to being an ABC Member is meeting others who are passionate about the construction industry who share their knowledge and experience with the group.
One goal for ABCMAFL in 2016 is to focus on attracting the most talented future leaders in the industry that will add value to the group while also allowing them to grow professionally.
