ABC MA Future Leaders Hosts Event at the Waterclub at Marina Bay

On Thursday, July 18th, the ABC MA Future Leaders hosted their third event of the year at the Waterclub at Marina Bay in Quincy, MA.  Over 80 ABC Massachusetts members joined the ABC MA Future Leaders group for an evening of revelry and networking.  The threat of rain held off and those in attendance were treated to the gorgeous view of Marina Bay and the Boston skyline in the distance while enjoying the company of their fellow ABC members. We would like to thank all of you that attended and our generous sponsors that included Mobile Mini, Plumb House Inc, and TRAC Builders who made the evening possible.  This is the third straight Future Leaders event that has seen more than 80 attendees, and we will keep the momentum going on September 12th for our Future Leaders Boston Architecture Cruise! How the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 Will Impact Your Construction Firm

Last week, ABC hosted “How the Tax Cut and Jobs Act of 2017 Will Impact Your Construction Firm” at RBF Accountants & Advisors training room space in Woburn. This timely seminar was presented by Bill Rucci, managing partner of RBF, who gave attendees an inside look at how the new tax laws will have an impact on their construction firm. Areas that Bill covered included how corporate and individual tax rates have changed, how the law changes expensing, the new rules for calculating deductions and credits, how IRC Section 199A provisions impact your taxes, and more. Thank you to all that attended and to our presenter, Bill Rucci, for making this seminar a great success.
