Haynes Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that Rebecca Davis has joined the company in the newly-created role of Vice President, Performance and Culture.
As a member of the commercial construction firm’s senior leadership team, Becky’s primary objective will be to help align Haynes Group’s people, process, and culture with its mission of being the market leader for operational and customer service excellence.
Becky brings more than 14 years of progressive strategic Human Resources leadership experience with heavy emphasis on leadership development, operational improvement, and training and education.
