We will be covering Governor Baker's COVID-19 Travel Order that goes into effect this coming Saturday, August 1. This will impact anyone traveling outside of New England, New Jersey, and New York and could impact your workforce that may be traveling for vacation during the summer months.

What impact will this have on your company? This new order will require all individuals entering Massachusetts to either quarantine for 14 days or produce a negative COVID-19 test result that has been administered up to 72-hours prior to their arrival in Massachusetts, which could ultimately result in some employees missing work time. Let us fill you in on what you can do to best prepare your team for this new order and what employers' responsibilities are.

We will be joined by ABC member attorney moderators, Carol Chandler, of Stoneman, Chandler & Miller LLP, and Mike Sams, of Kenney & Sams, P.C. , as well as attorney Jim Rudolph of Rudolph Friedmann LLP.

Attendees are encouraged to submit questions in advance to [email protected].
