“We are pleased to have Morisset join the team,” said ABC MA President Greg Beeman. “He has a strong background in workforce development and a history of building long-lasting relationships with organizations and institutions throughout the greater Boston area. I think he will be a great addition and he is looking forward to meeting and working with our members.”
"It's very fitting," said St. Preux “because ABC, Massachusetts supported the Haiti project, guiding us from its inception to its completion.” Pertaining to apprenticeship and workforce training, "ABC," he added "has the resources, the experience, and the determination to reach out more aggressively, through its Merit Apprenticeship Program (MAP), to those who are at the lowest end of the economic ladder and who are contemplating a career in the construction trades-- the very population that we have been serving for so many years. I look forward to working with the team to further increase the ABC apprenticeship pipeline in an effort to prepare a new breed of skilled and diverse construction professionals for the 21st Century construction marketplace."
St. Preux started in his new position last May, after previous MAP Director, John Rich, changed his role to focus on long-term matters.
